Meeting Rooms

Rodney Parade is the ideal venue to host your meeting - with our unique range of rooms overlooking the historical ground.

Our rooms are designed to provide a professional and comfortable backdrop to your meeting, combining flexibility, functionality, and character.

We’ve plenty of space and flexibility from a private hospitality suite to our largest dynamic conferencing space, which is able to seat up to 350 people. Interlinking suites can be split or combined to suit your requirements. If you need some private space, we have 14 hospitality boxes which are ideally suited as separate meetings or break out spaces.

Business Suite

Our large, air-conditioned, elevated lounge has excellent audio-visual facilities making it ideal for dinners and conferences and is our most popular lounge for event organisers looking to impress. Full-length windows provide sweeping views across Rodney Parade and there is a full bar service available within this first floor function room.

Executive Hospitality Boxes

Ideal for board meetings, training seminars, interviews or private dining our set of 14 modern executive boxes provide the perfect setting for your private gathering, with large windows ensuring plenty of natural light and views of the pitch. Wall mounted screens in each of these rooms enable delegates to host presentations without the need for a projector. Standard capacity for the executive boxes are 12, but book our boardroom box to give the additional space and flexibility for up 20.

1877 Lounge

Ideal for meetings, workshops or corporate entertaining, the 1877 Business Lounge is the most unique and regularly booked room at Rodney Parade. Steeped in history and full of memorabilia and bespoke sporting items, this special room is sure to provide a perfect setting for your meeting. This private space without interruption also benefits from floor to ceiling natural lighting.
