The Future Dragons programme - sponsored by the Sinclair Group - is open to boys and girls aged between 11 and 16-years-old and is run over five weeks.
The aim of Future Dragons is to develop inspiring young players to improve their own performance, with sessions covering:
- Passing
- Tackling
- Rucking & Jackaling
- Evasion
- Decision-Making
The provision will also help young players improve individual performance and knowledge to help improve confidence and competence in the grassroots game - to help them become better athletes.
