Fly half Tinus de Beer hit the post with an 80th-minute conversion as Dragons kicked off the new BKT United Rugby Championship season with a 19-19 draw at Benetton.

Benetton battled to a 19-7 lead at half-time - De Beer grabbing Dragons' try in the first half -before and a stunning effort by centre Fine Inisi cut the gap after the restart.
Scrum-half Che Hope had a try chalked off for the visitors with 15 minutes to go, but hooker Elliot Dee went over late on to ensure the points were shared.
