Gwalia Lightning recently held its 25/26 End of Season Awards at Rodney Parade after a successful season in the Celtic Challenge.
Bryonie King was named the Players’ Player of the Season while best newcomer was won by Lily Hawkins.
The Most Valuable Player was named as Molly Reardon – who also recently took home a prize at the Dragons RFC End of Season Awards – while Caitlin Lewis was recognised as the Club Person of the Season.
Reardon was a double winner of the night as she was also named Top Tackler, while Courtney Greenway was named Top Try Scorer. Top Point Scorer was claimed by Carys Hughes.
The Try of the Season – sponsored by our good friends at Kilted Dragon – was won by Nia Fajeyison.
