The quarter-finals of Super Rygbi Cymru have arrived and last years’ finalists Ebbw Vale and Newport are both in contention.
Both sides have home draws in the final eight, with Ebbw welcoming Bridgend while Newport host Swansea, with both games kicking off at 2.30pm on Saturday.
There are four Dragons within the Newport 23, while two are in the squad for Ebbw Vale.
The Steelmen will be hoping to bounce back following defeat last time out at Carmarthen Quins which saw them miss out on top spot in the final table.
James Talamai and Owen Conquer are both selected within the 23 to face Bridgend, with Conquer set for his first appearance since December.
In total, Ebbw make five changes from the starting XV which played against Quins with Ethan Phillips, Jon Evans, Luke Garrett, Dylan Burrows and Ryan Jenkins all starting.
Meanwhile in Newport, fly-half Jac Lloyd and centre Joe Westwood both start for the Black and Ambers against Swansea with youngsters Cerrig Smith and Brogan Leary amongst the replacements.
Head coach Ty Morris makes eight personnel changes from the starting XV which beat Pontypool at Rodney Parade at the beginning of April with Lloyd Lewis, Tom Hoppe, Dafydd Buckland and Lloyd all starting in the backs.
There is a change in the front row as Tom Devine, Henry Palmer and Garin Harris all start, while Kobi Rees is at seven.
