Champions Leinster edged past a battling Dragons in the BKT United Rugby Championship at Rodney Parade.
The Men of Gwent led 7-5 at the break, courtesy of a Matthew Screech try, before th Irish province battled back in Newport.
Leinster could not shake off a spirited Dragons, who pushed to level the score in the closing stages before Leinster survived and returning South Africa lock RG Snyman made it a five-point haul in the 78th minute.
